Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with GraceLoom.

This Return & Refund Policy is designed to provide clear, fair, and transparent guidelines for returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and shipping-related issues. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order or requesting a return.

By purchasing from GraceLoom, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must include all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, inserts, and parts
  • Proof of purchase must be provided, such as an order number, receipt, or confirmation email
  • The return must be approved by GraceLoom before the item is shipped back
  • The item must be shipped back within 7 days after Return Authorization is issued

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused, delayed, or excluded from refund eligibility.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, final-sale, or discounted items marked as final sale
  • Customized, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or assembled
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, inserts, or parts
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
  • Products returned after the eligible return window has expired

GraceLoom reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

3. Return Authorization Process

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or supporting details, if applicable

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back before receiving approval.

Customers are responsible for using a trackable shipping method and keeping the return shipping receipt. GraceLoom is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or not received due to carrier issues.

Unless the return is caused by our verified error, defective item, or incorrect item shipment, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval
  • Additional processing time may be required by your bank, card provider, payment processor, or financial institution

GraceLoom does not control bank or card provider processing times.

Refunds may be reduced or denied if the returned item is used, damaged, incomplete, missing parts, missing packaging, or otherwise does not meet our return requirements.

5. Shipping Fees

GraceLoom charges a fixed shipping fee of $6.90 per order.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to:

  • A verified defective item
  • An incorrect item shipped by GraceLoom
  • A confirmed fulfillment error by GraceLoom

If a customer returns an item for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, price comparison, ordering the wrong item, changing their mind, incorrect size preference, or no longer needing the product, the original $6.90 shipping fee will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are also the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is caused by our verified error.

6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrectly shipped

If a replacement is available, we may offer a replacement shipment. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund according to this policy.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, your order number, and a description of the issue.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Please keep all original packaging and materials until the issue is resolved.

After review, GraceLoom may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement
  • Replacement parts
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Return authorization

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or other resolution.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided that fulfillment, processing, or shipment has not started.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is no longer available, you may request a return after delivery, subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

9. Address Errors, Refused Delivery, and Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

GraceLoom is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incomplete address
  • Missing apartment, unit, or suite number
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Carrier delivery restrictions
  • Customer unavailability
  • Package theft after delivery confirmation

If an order is returned to sender due to an address issue, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may offer one of the following options at our discretion:

  • Reshipment, with additional shipping fees charged to the customer
  • Refund of the product price, excluding the original $6.90 shipping fee
  • Store credit, where applicable

Shipping fees are not refundable for failed delivery caused by customer-provided information or customer inaction.

10. Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • Your mailbox
  • Front door, porch, or lobby
  • Parcel locker
  • Building office or reception
  • Household members or neighbors
  • Local carrier delivery office

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, GraceLoom is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unattended packages.

We may assist with available tracking information, but final delivery confirmation and delivery disputes are generally handled by the shipping carrier.

11. Product Appearance and Minor Variations

Product colors, sizes, packaging, materials, and details may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing batches, supplier updates, or measurement methods.

Minor variations that do not affect the general function or intended use of the product are not considered defects.

12. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges.

These charges are not collected by GraceLoom and are not refundable.

International return shipping costs and related import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our verified error.

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, local regulations, or other circumstances outside our control.

13. Policy Abuse

GraceLoom reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel returns, refunds, exchanges, or future orders if we detect suspected abuse, fraud, excessive return activity, false claims, chargeback misuse, or violation of this policy.
