Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with GraceLoom.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered. By placing an order with GraceLoom, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

After placing your order, you may receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

During peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays, high order volume, supplier delays, or other operational circumstances, processing time may extend up to 5 business days.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

2. Shipping Fee

GraceLoom charges a fixed shipping fee of:

Flat Shipping Fee: $6.90 per order

This shipping fee applies per order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, except where required by applicable law or where the issue is caused by a verified error by GraceLoom.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States Orders:
5–10 business days after shipment

International Orders:
10–20 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Local delivery restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • High seasonal shipping volume
  • Supplier or fulfillment delays
  • Events outside our reasonable control

GraceLoom is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, incorrect customer information, or other third-party circumstances.

4. Tracking Information

All shipped orders include tracking information when available.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment
  • Tracking scans may not update in real time
  • Some carriers may temporarily show limited tracking movement during transit
  • International tracking may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier systems

GraceLoom does not control carrier tracking systems or tracking update frequency.

5. Shipping Partners

We may work with logistics providers and carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Other regional or international carriers

Carrier selection may depend on destination, package size, product type, carrier availability, and fulfillment location.

GraceLoom reserves the right to select the most suitable shipping method for each order.

6. Order Changes & Address Updates

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at:

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

GraceLoom is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incomplete address
  • Missing apartment, unit, suite, or building number
  • Incorrect postal code
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed shipment
  • Customer unavailability
  • Carrier access restrictions

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may offer one of the following options at our discretion:

  • Reshipment, with additional shipping fees charged to the customer
  • Refund of the product price, excluding the original $6.90 shipping fee
  • Store credit, where applicable

Original shipping fees are not refundable for delivery issues caused by customer-provided information or customer inaction.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please first check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:

  • Mailbox
  • Front door or porch
  • Parcel locker
  • Building lobby or reception
  • Household members
  • Neighbors
  • Local post office or carrier delivery center

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, GraceLoom is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unattended packages.

We may assist by providing available tracking information, but final delivery confirmation, delivery disputes, missing package investigations, and carrier claims are generally handled by the shipping carrier.

8. Split Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately.

This may occur due to:

  • Different fulfillment locations
  • Product availability
  • Package size
  • Carrier requirements
  • Supplier processing timelines

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

No additional shipping fee will be charged for split shipments unless otherwise stated.

9. International Shipping

GraceLoom may ship to select international destinations where service is available.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Local fees
  • Customs clearance charges
  • Other destination-country charges

These fees are determined by your country or local authorities and are not collected or controlled by GraceLoom.

Customs delays, inspections, import restrictions, and local delivery procedures are outside our control.

GraceLoom is not responsible for delays, additional charges, refused customs clearance, or delivery issues caused by customs authorities or local regulations.

10. Delivery Responsibility

GraceLoom’s responsibility is to process the order and provide shipment to the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

GraceLoom is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or unattended packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

11. Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only.

GraceLoom does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Customs inspections
  • High shipping volume
  • Labor disruptions
  • Incorrect address information
  • International transit delays
  • Supplier or warehouse delays

GraceLoom will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping-related questions, but we cannot control or guarantee carrier performance.
