Please note that weekends, holidays, severe weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find the email.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Items generally need to be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages because products can be fulfilled from different locations. As a result, your items may arrive on different dates and have separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged again for items that arrive separately.
